The EDR 8 Collaborative Moodle

 This is a site for the region that includes Lake, Geauga, Cuyahoga, and Lorain counties of Northeast Ohio. It contains contacts and on going conversations regarding employment, post secondary education, training, and support services.  It is referred to as the Moodle-named after the software that is used in it construction.  Your director will register you with a username and password.

The ABLE Transition Repository

 This is an active site that collects, reviews, and displays resources that may prove helpful in the transition process.   Areas include: academic skills, career pathways, career/workplace transition, contextualized instruction, post-secondary transition, and professional development.  It is referred to as the repository.

 The National College Transition Network's goal is to support ABE staff, programs and states in establishing and strengthening ABE-to-college transition services through technical assistance, professional development, collegial sharing, advocacy and increased visibility for this critical sector of the population.
